Master’s degree thesis

I was a student of Rostov State University of Civil Engineering. I’m specialized in the sphere of the city cadaster. At the moment I’m taking a master’s degree course on the land use planning and cadasters. My scientific supervisor is associate professor Tihonova K.V.
