In the USSR, the keeping of the land cadastre is provided for in the Basic Principles of Land Legislation of the USSR and the Union Republics of 1968 (art. 46). A uniform system is used throughout the country for the national accounting of the land. The system includes registration data on land allotment and use, the account of the size and quality of the land, data on soil appraisal, and the economic assessment of all the lands of the single united national land fund. These data are essential for the organization of a rational utilization of land and its conservation, the planning of the national economy, the rational distribution and specialization of agricultural production, and land reclamation, as well as for the implementation of other economic measures in connection with land utilization. The procedure of the keeping of the cadastre, the prescribed forms of documentation, and the intervals for updating and specifying the relevant information are established by the Council of Ministers of the USSR.

Land must have plenty of moisture from precipitation or irrigation to produce plants. But irrigation requires precipitation, somewhere,to provide the water. Plenty of moisture we can have only in or from the humid areas.
Irrigation in the Caucasus is possible because of the mountains. Winds passing over the mountains are forced upward, cooled and caused to precipitate their moisture as rain and snow, which in due season provide water for irrigating the land.

Situated in north-western Europe, lying to the north of France and west of the Netherlands (1) and Denmark (2), the United Kingdom, known popularly as Great Britain, is 244,786 sq. km (94,512 sq. miles).
It is situated on the British Isles. There are 5,500 islands. The two main islands are Great Britain and Ireland.
The British Isles are separated from Europe by the Strait of Dover (3) and the English Channel. The British Isles are washed by the North Sea in the East and the Atlantic Ocean in the West.

Восемь принципов менеджмента качества являются главной и неотъемлемой частью стандартов ИСО 9000 версии 2000 г. для анализа со стороны руководства и выполнения предупреждающих действий. Эти принципы не только создают фундамент для остальных положений этих стандартов, но, что более важно, дают высшему руководству основу для внедрения хорошей практики управления с целью поддержания системы менеджмента организации. В статье он показывает, что каждый принцип занимает свое место в менеджменте организации, но главное преимущество может быть получено только при рассмотрении этих принципов как совокупности возможностей, которую высшее руководство может использовать и развивать для выгоды организации.
