В статье на материале немецких письменных текстов инструкций и прогнозов погоды исследуются проблемы функций порядка слов. Определяется выявляется их специфика и роль в системе понятий, описывающих норму текста.

In the present article the problem of functions of word order, is considered on the basis of the material of German written texts of instructions and texts of weather forecasts. Functional peculiarities of word order are revealed within the system of concepts describing the text norm. The study demonstrates five main functions: logic-grammatical, structural-grammatical, function of text building, communicative-pragmatic, expressive. The leading function is text building. It was determined that the variety of word order in studied texts is caused by the fulfillment of communicative functions in texts.
